Chelsea Medics complies with the Data Protection Act.  We take protecting the confidentiality of personal information very seriously.

All staff working for the clinic are subject to strict confidentiality requirements.  All patients can expect that their personal information will not be disclosed without their permission except in the most exceptional of circumstances, when somebody is at grave risk of serious harm.

The software that the clinic uses is extremely sophisticated.  We are a paperless clinic and all appointments and consultations are processed electronically.  Any incoming results and  correspondence is scanned into the patients file.  Our electronic notes are backed up daily.

Access to your health records

You have the right to see and have access to your medical records via our secure patient portal.
