Are your tests recognised by the UK government?
We are on the Government list of providers and our partner labs are fully accredited and approved by the UK government.
When should I book my tests?
The timeframe for obtaining a pre-departure test will vary from airline to airline. Please ensure you check this with your airline prior to booking your appointment. Our current turnaround time for pre-travel tests are 24 hours from the time the test reaches the laboratory, however this cannot be guaranteed and may take longer. Please note we do not offer antigen testing.
What happens if my test results are delayed?
While we do everything we can to ensure a prompt and reliable service, our PCR tests are processed at a Government accredited laboratory and we are not responsible for any delays which could result in travel cancellations or financial loss.
Will my results be private?
All COVID-19 test results must be reported to Public Health England, which is a legal requirement. If you test positive, your contact details will be passed to the NHS Test and Trace service.

We offer both the Virus and Antibody Tests and have chosen the most accurate and validated tests available; the COVID19 PCR Swab test determines whether you currently have Coronavirus and the Quantitative Antibody Test which detects your IgG and IgM antibodies to determine whether you have previously had Coronavirus.
