A step-by-step guide to registering for the Patient Portal

Step One

At the top of the Chelsea Medics website, select patient login

Step Two

Click the sign up button. In the following screen, enter chelseamedics into the invite code field.

You will then be able to proceed with registering your details and create a password for logging into the portal.
